Refund and Returns Policy

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refund & Replacement Eligibility

We only provide refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• Damaged product received
• Defective product received
• Wrong product delivered

Return Window

• Claims must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

• A clear unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or defective product claims.
• Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Products

Currently, there are no specifically non-returnable products. However, products must be unused and in original packaging where applicable.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or bank account.
